さらに音楽プレイヤー機能を搭載。メモリースティックDuoに対応しており、音楽CDから取り込んだり、エニーミュージックやインターネットからダウンロードしたりした楽曲データをカード内に保存、premini-IIで再生することができる。再生可能なフォーマットはATRAC3形式で、ATRAC3の著作権保護機能「マジックゲート」に対応する。マジックゲート対応メモリースティックDuoに保存した音楽ファイルは再生できるが、マジックゲート対応でも、メモリースティックDuo PROに保存された楽曲データは再生できないので注意が必要だ(画像やアドレス帳データなどをPROに保存することはできる)。
