心斎橋店オープン時のiPod miniは、米国で先行発売していたことや、生産体制が整いつつあることもあって、在庫を確保できたが、今回のiPod shuffleは日米同時発売であり、しかも米国でも品薄という状況。「最大限の数量をかき集めた」(同社)といっても、その数には限界があったのも当然だろう。
もし、iPod shuffleを確実に手に入れたいのであれば、徹夜を覚悟しなければならないようだ。
