PSPのようなハンディ機は、それ単体だけではなく、母艦となるものと連携してこそ威力が発揮されると思う。その母艦となりうるものこそ、PSXであり、スゴ録であり、VAIOだろう。PSPを含めこれらがつながり、密な連携（ボタン1つで映像転送ができるなど）をしてこそ、本当の価値が出てくるはずだ。PSPの発売前にこういった“つながり”を用意できないことこそ、今のソニーの低迷につながっているとさえ思う。
