着うたでレコード5社に排除勧告

公正取引委員会は3月24日、大手レコード会社5社に独占禁止法違反（不公正取引）が認められるとして、排除勧告を行った。同委員会は2004年8月に5社に立ち入り検査を行っている。
勧告を受けたのは、ソニー・ミュージックエンタテインメント、エイベックスネットワーク、東芝イーエムアイ、ユニバーサルミュージック、ビクターエンタテインメント。5社は着うたを提供する業務をレーベルモバイルに委託している。公取委によれば、5社はレーベルモバイル以外に着うたを提供する事業者に、正当な理由なく原盤権の利用許諾を行わなかった。
