オリコン、スペインに合弁会社設立～EUの音楽配信市場に参入

オリコンは29日、スペイン・マドリッド市に音楽など大容量デジタルコンテンツの配信を目的とした合弁会社を設立すると発表した。今春をめどに設立するという。
新会社の名称は「WEB STORE MUSIC FOR US,S.L.」で、資本金は15万ユーロ。出資比率51％のオリコンが筆頭株主で、現地のZipango,S.L.とSubterfuge Recordsがそれぞれ20％出資する。代表者は、Zipangoの福田俊彦氏とSubterfugeのCarlos Galan氏となる。
