iTMS-Jにはジャーナリズムが欠けている

日本のiTMSをブラウズしていて残念なのは、アーティストやアルバムに関する情報が少ないこと。あっても少しだけの埋め草だし、変なノリの文章で、取材をちゃんとしていないのか情報の質も低い。あるいは、米国のiTMSと同じ英文へのリンクがあるだけで、読むのが大変。日本のiTMSには音楽に関するジャーナリズムが欠けている。
それに対して、オリコンのサイトには特集アーティストのインタビューやムービーや日本語のプロフィールなどがあり、楽しめる。インタビューには記者名もいれられている。
